Value of the month: Resilience

Summer term has seen the launch of our new set of four core values. This month, we are focusing on the second core value of Resilience. The four core values are:

• Respect
• Resilience
• Empathy
• Reflection

Children across the whole school will be focusing on this value in May, which ties in with the start of end of Key stage tests, overnight trips and transitioning from current classes, where they will need to use this value more and more. All children will consider what this value looks like in school and at home and then children in Key stage 2 will also start considering what this looks like locally and globally.
