Collecting for Ealing foodbank

Supporting Ealing Food Bank Thursday 14th November

Each year, we ask our children to choose three charities they would like to support. We choose one local, one national and one global charity to support throughout the school year. This year’s local charity we are supporting is Ealing food bank. This charity supports people and families when they are in need. In order to support this worthwhile charity and in line with our school lessons on empathy, we will be having a collection day for Ealing food bank.

On Thursday 14th November, we ask that children either bring an item off the shopping list below or small monetary contribution (we suggest £1). There will be a collection point in front of the main hall in the morning for the food. Our collections will then go to Ealing food bank to provide food to those who need it.

• Peanut Butter & Marmite
• Ketchup & Mayo – small sizes
• Potatoes – Tinned & Instant
• Long Life Sponge Puddings
• Cereal Bars
• Vegetarian Chilli & Curry - tins
• Ready Made Custard - tins
• Washing-up Liquid
