Following discussions with Bentley Photography, the company has investigated the issues raised. They have confirmed that:

• In one class photograph, some pupils were omitted due to human error.
• Two class photographs (2F and 3H) were affected by a scaling issue caused by new camera equipment introduced in 2026, which under certain conditions distorted the image slightly.
• Bentley has now identified the cause and implemented a solution, which has been shared with all photographers to prevent the issue from happening again.

Bentley has corrected the photographs for Classes 2F and 3H, and the updated versions are now available on the parent ordering website.

The company has apologised for the inconvenience caused and has assured us that measures are in place to improve quality and consistency in future. They have also offered a 15% discount for families on portrait and sibling photograph orders during their next visit to school.
