Childcare and clubs update

Please note that school will close at 2:30pm on Friday 17th July.

For families who have childcare or a specialist club already booked on this day, children will be collected from their classes at 2:30pm and cared for in our childcare provision until the start of their booked session.

There is no need to make an additional booking for this period, as this will be provided as a complimentary session.

If your child does not attend childcare or a specialist club, they should be collected from school at 2:30pm.

Autumn Term Clubs – Important Information

Autumn term club bookings opened recently and, thanks to the fantastic response from families, the majority of clubs are now fully booked.

To help ensure a smooth start to the new school term, please take a moment to check the following:

Check your club bookings appear on your dashboard. If a club is not showing, it has not been successfully booked. Please email clubs@fielding.ealing.sch.uk before the end of term if you need support.
No duplicate bookings or charges have been made.
Booked clubs do not clash with any other activities your child is attending.
Childcare has been booked where needed to complement a club booking.
All clubs are paid for in full before the start of the autumn term.

Taking a few moments to review your bookings now will help ensure your child can enjoy their chosen activities from the very beginning of the autumn term.
