We are looking forward to welcoming the children back to begin another busy and enjoyable term of fun and exciting activities.

To help ensure a smooth start, please take a few moments to check the following:

• Specialist clubs must be paid for in full before the start of term. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
• If your child requires childcare before or after their club session, please remember to avoid ad hoc fees and book childcare in advance to complement the session.
• Please ensure that any outstanding childcare and holiday club balances are cleared before the start of term.
• Take some time to talk with your child about the clubs they have chosen and remind them on which days their clubs will take place.
• Check MCAS carefully for any duplicate bookings.
• If a club is not showing in MCAS, it is not booked, so please review your bookings before term begins.

Children attending clubs during the first hour after school will need a small nut-free snack to keep them energised and ready to enjoy their activity.
