On Thursday 1st October, Fielding took 27 children to Berkley Fields for the annual Ealing Cross Country.

After placing joint first last year, we were determined to place first again. Many of the children, keen runners, have been practising very hard and attending running club at school every Friday morning in preparation. We had exceptional performances from all the children on the day, with many placing inside the top 8 of their groups – with some having more than 40 children in it.

Fielding managed to take two gold medals on the day with Mack (6P) and Jed (5H) both winning their races, showing brilliant skill and effort.

We await the final results to see where we have placed but well done to all our children for their efforts – they were amazing.
