The countdown is on for the PTFA's biggest revenue generator of the year - The Summer Fair - taking place on Saturday, 5 July, but we need your help to make it a success!

Organising an event of this scale takes a team effort, and right now, we're struggling to engage enough volunteers to bring the fair to life. Whether you can spare a few hours or take on a key role, we need parents to step forward.

Tasks We Need Help With:

✅ Sponsorship – Help us secure local business sponsorships to support the event.
✅ Alcohol Licence – Assist with obtaining the necessary licences for the sale of alcohol.
✅ Posters & Promotion – Design, print, and distribute posters and promote the fair on social media.
✅ Liaison with School – Work with the school to coordinate logistics and permissions.
✅ School First Aid – Arrange cover with our usual contact to ensure we have appropriate first aid cover on the day.
✅ Stall Allocation – Assign spaces to different stalls and keep things organised.
✅ External Stall Holders – Reach out to local businesses and vendors to take part.
✅ Layout Planning – Design an easy-to-navigate fairground layout.
✅ Ticket Tailor Set-Up – Manage the online ticketing system for Laser Tag bookings.
✅ Live Music Stand – Coordinate the music schedule and manage sound logistics.
✅ Set Up & Take Down – Help with assembling and dismantling stalls and decorations.
✅ Recycling – Ensure we have a sustainable event by organising waste disposal.
