Growing Together - Resources to support family life

At the end of the Autumn term, we launched a new section on our school website dedicated to helping parents and carers nurture their child’s well-being and development, both in and outside of school. We have been thrilled with the number of visits to the page and hope it continues to serve as a valuable resource hub, providing insights into how we teach values and promote children’s well-being across the school.

One of our main focuses for the Spring term is highlighting the importance of sleep in maintaining children’s health, well-being, and success in school.

Does your child get enough sleep each night?

Check out our first post on the importance of sleep, alongside UK guidance on the recommended sleep durations for primary-aged children.

We will be posting regularly throughout the Spring term with more information on sleep. If your child struggles with sleep or bedtime routines, we hope these posts will offer helpful advice and support.
