PTFA Christmas Fair raises over £20,000 - a heartfelt thanks from the PTFA Team

We are incredibly grateful for the generosity and support received for the Christmas Fair. Thank you to all those families that got involved – across all fundraising activities you spent over £20,000! Your contributions will help to provide additional support to Mr Dunmall and his dedicated team, as they strive to provide the best possible education to our children.

The fair is not just a money-raising event, but also about putting on a special day, filled with festive cheer for the young and young at heart. We were entertained once again by the Constellations band, the enchanting school choir, and the always entertaining Mr McEvoy. It was great to have parents and children run craft stalls, game stalls, food stalls, and support local businesses. Big fundraising contributors came from old favourites such as the Christmas Raffle, the Silent Auction, and the Bottle Tombola. An extra special contribution came from Gina who took on the mammoth task of producing the class tea towels. A special thanks to her for all her hard work which produced wonderful keepsakes and raised quite a bit of money for the school into the bargain.

We'd like to extend a special thanks to our main sponsors RSK who have continued their loyal support, alongside Martin McConway Plumbing who sponsored our extra special Santa’s grotto. A full breakdown of stall revenue and profits will be available at the next PTFA on Monday 13 January once all the expenses have been calculated. We plan to have that meeting in person at 10 am in the Schoolhouse.

We share our heartfelt thanks to each one of you who contributed or volunteered for the event. Each donation, regardless of its size, plays a big part in shaping the future of our school. Your dedication to the betterment of our school community is truly inspiring.
