For a smooth start to the spring term - 

• Check all bookings made are showing in MCAS
• Email to report club session that clash before the first session this will free up spaces for others.
• Avoid adhoc charges - book childcare to complement club bookings, only children booked will be on the register and collected form their classroom.
• Share the bookings with your child, the clubs they are booked to attend this term and where they will be held.
