Our new site has been designed with multiple audiences in mind:

• Parents and Carers: Whether your child is in the main school or nursery, you’ll find everything you need under the Parent and Nursery tabs – from term dates and uniform guidance to school meals and wraparound care. The refreshed Year Group Noticeboards are your go-to space for updates on homework, trips, key dates, and year group news and messages.

• Prospective Families: Learn more about our ethos, curriculum, and admissions process, and get a feel for daily life at our school.

• Staff and Governors: Access key policies.

• Regulatory Bodies: The site also ensures we meet all Department for Education (DfE) requirements for what schools must publish online. This includes statutory information such as safeguarding policies, performance data, curriculum details, and governance structures – all clearly signposted and easy to access.

We know how important it is for families to stay informed. That’s why we’ve made communication a priority:

• Weekly Bulletin: Every Friday, we send a round-up of the week’s news by email via MCAS (MyChildAtSchool). This matches the updates published on our website’s Latest News section.
• Emails Home: From time to time we send individual and year group-specific emails – including trip information, reminders, and attendance letters – all delivered via MCAS.
• Website Updates: The site is updated regularly with news, notices, and resources, so you can always find the latest information in one place.
