The annual PTFA AGM will take place on Tuesday 14 October 2025, 8–9pm in the school Sports Hall.

At the meeting, we’ll be sharing highlights of the amazing projects your fundraising has supported over the past year, and looking ahead to an exciting calendar of events for the year to come. We also want your feedback on which projects the PTFA should be funding this academic year - including Shading for Y5/Y6 classrooms, Playground Equipment, Cromebooks, Toilets refurbishment amongst others, 

We ask that each class is represented if possible, but the AGM is open to all parents and carers who’d like to find out more about what we do. Drinks and light refreshments will be available.

The PTFA relies on volunteers, most of whom juggle busy jobs and family lives. Every year we welcome new people into the team - and it’s that mix of fresh faces and experienced members that keeps our ideas, energy and events thriving. Together, we raise vital funds for the school while also building the wonderful sense of fun and community that makes Fielding special.

If you believe in enriching the education of our children, and can spare even 30 minutes a week, we’d love to hear from you. At this year’s AGM we’ll also be electing officials, including a new Co-Chair, Secretary, Communications Lead, Events Coordinator, Designer - could that be you?
