Fielding Nursery holiday club are planning a mixture of free play and planned activities for the October half-term, including lots of messy sensory play to tantalise the children’s senses, pumpkin carving, art & craft, baking, making, exploring Fielding’s Forest, and ‘ships ahoy’ the children will have great fun discovering the delights of the schools Pirate Ship. We will visit the MUGA to play football, hoops and ball games, and also games such as ‘what’s the time Mr Wolf’ and team games.

The children do not need to wear uniform during the holiday club, but must bring their coat to nursery as it can get windy on the Pirate Ship and in the MUGA. Please ensure that your child has comfortable shoes, no crocks or sandals. 

If your child is booked in for the early session 7:30am–8am, breakfast is provided.

If your child is booked for the morning 8am-1pm and/or 1pm-6pm sessions, please provide a wholesome, healthy packed lunch and/or snack for tea. Please put lunch and tea into separate boxes, including cool packs, and make sure they are labelled with which meal it is and their name. We can then ensure that the children are given their correct meal at the correct time. Thank you for your support with this. The children will have access to fresh fruit throughout the day.

Fielding School is ‘nut free’, so do make sure that any food sent in with your child does not contain any form of nuts or sesame. Please check all labels for ‘may contain nuts/traces of nuts’ ‘made in a factory which also uses nuts/peanuts’ Any food with either or similar statements on labels will be sent home. Please ensure you check all labels, including seeded bread etc.

The fees for nursery holiday club sessions will be added to your Ziggi Systems cashbook, and must be paid before your child attends. You can pay via Tax-Free Childcare or card payment via Ziggi Systems. Please be careful when selecting your sessions, as once sessions are booked and confirmed, they are non-refundable.

3. Use the arrows near the top left-hand side of the page to go to the week starting: 27/10/2025
4. Click the holiday session/s you want to book (turns red) click again to confirm
5. Please do not use a mobile phone to book holiday club sessions, as the sessions may not display correctly.

Important: To avoid a higher session fee, please book before 12pm on Fridays for the following week’s Holiday Club. The increased fees are to cover the administration required to put in place adequate extra staffing at short notice.
