Thank you for supporting Ealing Food Bank
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our families for your incredible generosity during last week’s charity event in support of Ealing Food Bank. The charity was deeply touched by the overwhelming response from our school community.
Together, we raised an amazing £793.56 in cash, along with three carloads of donated items. These contributions will make a significant difference to families in need across Ealing, especially during the winter months.
A special thank you goes to the two parents who volunteered their time and gave up their morning to transport all the donations to the food bank. Your help ensured everything reached those who need it most.
As part of our commitment to giving back, we hold three charity days each year, with charities chosen by the children: one local, one national, and one global. Our next charity event will take place on Tuesday, 3rd February, when we will be raising funds for Cancer Research, our national chosen charity. We will keep you posted in the new year with the details for this event.
In the lead-up to these events, children will be exploring our core value of empathy and learning how thinking of others can make a real difference in the world.
