A Huge Thank You for Supporting Our Book Fair!
We are thrilled to share that last week’s Book Fair was a tremendous success, with an incredible £1,644 raised, which gives us £900 to replenish dictionaries across classes and buy new books for our KS1 and KS2 libraries!
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support from our school community.
A special thank you goes to our wonderful librarian, Mrs. Hodge, who worked hard to organise the event. She dedicated her time every morning and afternoon to ensure everything ran smoothly. We are also extremely proud of our Year 6 Librarians, who were a real credit to the school. Many parents and grandparents commented on what a fantastic job they did. Well done to them!
It was truly heartwarming to see so many children excited about books, whether they came along with their parents or popped in from Breakfast Club and ASC to spend their pocket money. Your enthusiasm for reading is inspiring!
Finally, a big thank you to all the parents who purchased books. Your support is greatly appreciated and helps us continue to foster a love of reading in our school.
