Our Tuition provider requires no less than half a term’s notice to cancel lessons, therefore we must receive your request by this deadline. Once we receive your cancellation form, your child will be removed from the Summer term timetable immediately and their place offered to another pupil. If we don’t receive a cancellation request, your child will be automatically re-enrolled for lessons starting in April.

Requests received after the deadline will not be checked and you will be liable to pay fees for the Summer term starting in April.
