Fielding Celebrates This Term’s Values Baccalaureate Success

We are delighted to announce the latest results in our Values Baccalaureate, with pupils in Years 4, 5 and 6 once again demonstrating their commitment to our four core values across school, home and the wider community. The Values Baccalaureate is a key part of our values‑based education programme, designed to help pupils apply respect, resilience, empathy and reflection in meaningful, real‑life ways.

What the Values Baccalaureate Is All About

As part of this programme, pupils work through four levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, usually progressing one level per academic year. Each level requires pupils to complete a series of tasks and submit evidence showing how they have put our core values into action in different contexts. Successful pupils receive a patch to proudly display on their school jumper, presented during Monday assemblies.

This approach is woven into our wider character development work. Leaders and teachers across Fielding nurture pupils’ character with great care, encouraging them to demonstrate positive values in all areas of school life.

Thank You to Families

The Values Baccalaureate is designed to connect learning at school with life beyond the classroom, and none of this would be possible without the support and encouragement of families. Whether helping pupils gather evidence, guiding them to reflect on their actions, or reinforcing the school’s values at home, you play a vital role in their success.
