Following another very busy and successful club launch, we are asking all parents and carers to log in to their MCAS (My Child At School) accounts to ensure that their club bookings have been correctly recorded.

Once logged in, please navigate to the Clubs tab.
✅ If your booked clubs appear there, no further action is needed.
⚠️ If the clubs you believe you booked are not showing, please contact us immediately.

You can reach the Clubs Team at:

This will allow us to check whether the booking was processed correctly and assist you in securing your child’s place where possible.

Please note:
If you have paid for Summer Term clubs, but the bookings do not appear in your MCAS account, this means the booking did not complete successfully. In these cases, please email us straightaway so we can help resolve the issue.
