Fielding Nursery offers an 'all-inclusive service', and a number of government-funded only places.
1. Universal 15 Hours (for all 3 & 4 year-olds)
- Available from the term after your child turns 3.
- 15 hours per week for 38 weeks.
- It can be split between two providers.
2. Additional 15 Hours (30 Hours Total)
For working families meeting these criteria:
- Both parents (or one in a single-parent family) work.
- Each earns at least £183/week and under £100,000/year.
- Including those temporarily away from work or with caring responsibilities.
Cut-off dates for eligibility:
- 31 August → Autumn term
- 31 December → Spring term
- 31 March → Summer term
✅ Parents must apply and reconfirm eligibility every 3 months.
✅ Funding is applied to term-time morning and afternoon sessions only.

3. Childcare Vouchers
- For families who joined a scheme before 4 October 2018.
- We accept vouchers under the name Fielding Nursery.
- Can be used for term-time and holiday sessions.
4. Tax-Free Childcare
For working families (same criteria as 30 hours funding).
- Use your Tax-Free Childcare account to send payments.
- Select Fielding Primary School as your provider.
- Complete our Parental Permission Form for Government Funding.
- Send your child’s unique reference to the Nursery Manager.
- If there is a delay, and you are waiting for your code, contact the Nursery Manager. Please be aware that if you have not received your code by the cut-off date, you will not be able to access the funding until the following term.
