In a thrilling match, the boys performance team triumphed 3-2 over Hobbayne. Despite conceding two goals, it was a dominant display with Fielding controlling the ball for most of the game and creating a host of chances. Two spectacular goals were scored with Max (6S) hitting a volley to put the ball into the top corner and James (6P) hitting the ball from just over the half way line into the top left-hand corner, giving the goalkeeper no chance on both occasions. Hobbayne managed to score a second late on but the boys were able to see out the game and secure all 3 points.
