On Monday the Department for Education (DfE) updated parent leaflets for assessments in this academic year.
 
The information leaflets for parents are available to download from our assessment page here (scroll to the bottom of the page), the leaflets explain:

• what parents need to know
• what each assessment involves
• when tests will take place
• how results will be shared and used  

The leaflets cover the following:

• reception baseline assessment (RBA)
• phonics screening check
• Year 2 optional key stage 1 (KS1) national curriculum tests and teacher assessment
• Year 4 multiplication tables check (MTC)
• Year 6 key stage 2 (KS2) national curriculum tests, teacher assessment and results
