The governing board, together with the senior leadership team has recently drafted the school strategy for the next 5 year.  As you know, we strongly believe that education is not just about academic achievements, but also about nurturing our pupils to be thoughtful, kind, and responsible members of the community. This is why we are committed to a value-based living approach, which forms the cornerstone of everything we do.  Indeed, when deciding on the school’s 5-year strategy, values was our top priority.

Our values of respect, resilience, empathy, and reflection are woven into daily life at school, guiding our pupils to make positive choices, both inside and outside the classroom. We encourage them to be role models for each other, creating a school environment where compassion and understanding are celebrated. Our value-based living approach ensures that every child not only excels academically but also develops into a confident individual who is ready to contribute positively to their friendship groups and beyond.

As we continue to grow together as a school community, we encourage you to engage in conversations with your child about the importance of these values.  You will have seen an addition to the Parents tab on the school’s website where you will be able to find helpful resources to use at home.
