The school hosts NHS vaccinations at their request and according to their organisation and arrangements.  NHS vaccinations are organised by Vaccination-UK (V-UK). 

V-UK will be in school again on Friday 13 December for a morning session only. V-UK's portal will re-open to give consent for your child. Their portal will close on 11 December. 

Your consent must be given through the portal only, not by email or phone call to the school. V-UK will not accept any email or phone call. 

The nurses aim to vaccinate as many children as possible during this short time frame but cannot guarantee every child will be vaccinated.  We have requested more nurses and/or a longer time period. V-UK have not given the school any more nurses or a longer time slot. 

If your child is not vaccinated, please contact Stockley Clinic. They will arrange an alternative appointment. 

Please be aware school staff have no control over the bookings list or prioritising children.
