Twenty-five volunteers work in school for around 100 hours a week between them, across every age group and the ARP.  Thank you for giving your time to help our pupils. 

Volunteers give general support in class as well as helping with reading, the library, swimming, knitting, sport and special needs. They range in age from teenagers to people in their 70s and are past pupils, parents, grandparents and neighbours and others from the community. To keep pupils safe, all go through our vetting checks to the same standard as a member of staff.

In addition we have 500 parents who can support children with one off trips and sports competitions as well as five teenagers volunteering through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme in our After-school club.
