Nursery summer Holiday Club will be open from Monday 22^nd July to Friday 16^th August, ensuring that you have a safe and happy place for your child to continue their Nursery care.

We will have a summer packed full of fun activities and play, including crafts, painting, sensory, dancing, baking and much more. We will be visiting the Pirate Ship, Fielding Forest, MUGA and Kitchen Garden to extend the children’s play., learning and enjoyment.

We will be hoping for warm weather so that we can picnic in our outdoor area, the children really enjoy a picnic outdoors.

It will be a special time for the children and adults as we see many of our children move onto Reception year, this is both sad and exciting for everyone. The children have grown so much over the past year and are ready for their next adventure. But, before they move on we will continue adding to the children’s memories over the summer, with the fun and games we have planned.

How to book your Holiday Club session/s

Log onto your Ziggi Systems account; https://fps.slsr.uk/ and select the Ad hoc & Holiday Places button. To book Holiday Club session/s you will need to locate the weeks with the button labelled ‘Book Now (Holiday)

Look to the top left-hand corner at ‘week starting’ then click the forward arrow as needed to the date/s you want to book, when you choose your date and click on the date button the button will turn red, click again and you have confirmed your booking.

When booking nursery Holiday Club or term time Ad hoc sessions, please check each session carefully before completing your booking. Please DO NOT click the confirm button if you have made a mistake, log out and log back in and this will reset the booking page. Once a session is confirmed you are required to pay for the session regardless of if your child attends.

Please provide a healthy packed lunch and snack for tea, labelled with your child's name and ideally separated into lunch and tea. You are welcome to provide food in a thermos if you would like your child to have a hot meal. Please support us by labelling the boxes and bags. Fruit will be freely available during the day. Please remember Fielding is a 'nut free' school and you should check ingredients in snack bars, breads, snack packs etc. as these can contain 'nut traces' or may have been prepared in an environment where other products containing nuts have been prepared. Please note that any food containing traces of nuts will be sent home. Also, any chocolate or sweets will also be sent home.

Late bookings for holiday club sessions September 2024

Bookings made after 12pm on Fridays for the following week’s Holiday Club will be subject to increased fees to cover the administration required to put in place adequate extra staffing at short notice.

Late collection of children will be subject to a late fee as per term time.
