Cancellation deadline for EMS tuition in the Autumn Term is Friday 24th May, 3pm

If your child is having EMS instrumental lessons and you would like them to finish at the end of this term in July, please submit a cancellation form by Friday 24th May at 3pm.

Ealing Music Service (EMS) require half a term’s notice to cancel lessons therefore we must receive your request by this deadline. Requests received after this date will not be checked and you will still be liable to pay fees for the Autumn term starting in September.
 

Once we receive your cancellation form, your child will be removed from the Autumn term timetable immediately and their place offered to another pupil.  
If we don’t receive a cancellation request, your child will automatically be re-enrolled for lessons starting in September.


Children in Year 6 and moving to high school do not need to complete a cancellation form.
