2nd Place for Year 3 & 4 Tennis team

In an exhilarating day of tennis hosted by Featherstone Sports Partnership, twelve schools from Ealing gathered to showcase their skills. Fielding Primary School's Year 3 & 4 tennis team navigated through intense competition with determination and skill.

During the group stages, Fielding faced off against Little Ealing, securing a 3-1 victory. This momentum carried through subsequent matches, with wins against Acton Gardens (4-0) and John Perryn (4-0). With a flawless group stage performance, Fielding emerged as group leaders, earning a spot in the quarter-finals.

Facing North Primary in the quarter-finals, Fielding continued their dominance with another 4-0 victory. The semi-finals saw a tense encounter against West Acton, but once again, Fielding emerged triumphant with a 4-0 win.

The final match against local rivals Little Ealing was a nail-biting affair. Despite the boys facing setbacks, the girls stepped up, securing victories in their games. With the final score tied at 2-2, victory hinged on points accumulated from previous matches. Despite Fielding's valiant effort, Little Ealing amassed 20 points compared to Fielding's 17, securing the win.
