The Summer Fair is fast approaching and we are looking for any parents who might be keen to spare an hour or two in helping us put the event together.  You may have already heard that Fielding Primary School celebrates its 70th Anniversary this year, so we are keen to make this an event to remember.  We have a whole range of tasks that we need help with in advance of the event including designing artwork, sourcing inflatables, reaching out to local businesses for sponsorship, liaising with sports clubs to provide a couple of activities, arranging food order for BBQ, managing a timetable for the main stage, distributing posters in local area.  We also have tasks that will need support on the day.  If you could spare a couple of hours, then we'd love to hear from you.  Our first planning meeting is on Thursday 9 May at The Foresters on Leighton Road at 8.30pm, but you can join the team at anytime.
