Today Fielding took 10 boys from Year 4 to play in a local Ealing Cluster tournament.

 

Nerves were high as the boys had never competed for the school before.  Once we arrived, we were given our fixtures and started discussing the tactical changes that needed to be made to secure our victory.

 

 

As you can see from the results above the boys played 6 games, won 5 and drew 1 which is such a fantastic achievement.  Therefore, we have been crowned champions of the tournament.

 

Each player displayed various skills which contributed to our team’s success.  Toby has great passes into space to teammates, Jamie L great one-two passes when in attack, Miles R great tackles, Jamie R. dribbles forward with the ball in attack, Samuel has great shots at goal, Patrick has excellent clearances in defence, William has great one-two passes, Reuben steady defender clearing the ball and Oscar excellent striker scoring 4 goals.  Myles M was an excellent goalkeeper only conceding one goal in the entire tournament.
