Help us to make morning drop-off and afternoon collection smooth and seamless. Afternoon collection means home-time for some pupils. For others and us, it's also the switch from school to clubs and childcare. We need to close the gates promptly as soon as those going home have left the site.
Whilst on our school site, please help respect everyone else and their space by:
No smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping on the school site
- Adults are role models to children. There is no smoking, use of e-cigarettes or vaping anywhere on the school site at anytime by anyone.
No use of playground equipment or resources, including sand-pits, climbing frames or trim-trails, before or after-school
- Equipment is timetabled during the day so that all pupils have a fair turn, managed in a safe way with no over-crowding.
No cycling on the school site, including by adults
- Please keep the site safe for everyone. Pedestrian pupils and adults are prioritised.
- Use bike racks to park or store bikes.
No scootering on the school site
- Stop, get off your scooter. Pedestrian pupils and adults are prioritised.
- Park scooters in racks or designated spaces, or walk, trundling a scooter by your side.
Dogs
- Best left at home. There are wide-ranging views about dogs, including loved by some and feared by other pupils.
- 2nd best, carried and held in arms for tight control.
