Although tickets won't go on sale for another two months, we need a small working party to help organise activities.  Tasks will include; looking for sponsorship, agreeing pricing strategy, agreeing stalls to run alongside the circus, organising a bar, sourcing potential food options or picnic hampers amongst others.  Nolan O'Connor will head up the working group as his last event before leaving Fielding Primary School, but he needs some parents to join the group. It will only require one online meeting per month and maybe an hour for tasks that drop out of the meetings.  If you are interested in getting involved in this wonderful community project please email fieldingPTFA@gmail.com.  You might also find that your employer is willing to support you in the time you give to working on this charitable event!
