Annual Parent Survey 2025–26, thank you

Thank you to the 383 parents and carers who took the time to complete this year’s Annual Parent Survey. Your feedback helps us celebrate what’s working well and plan clearly for what we should strengthen next. We’re proud of our community and grateful for your continued partnership.

What you value most about Fielding

Parents shared over 360 positive comments, with clear themes:

 1. Our amazing staff

The most frequent comment (118 mentions!) was about our teachers, support staff and wider team – caring, approachable, committed and hardworking. Thank you for recognising their dedication.

 2. Strong community and ethos

You told us Fielding feels warm, inclusive and community‑minded, with values lived out every day.

 3. High‑quality teaching

Parents praised the curriculum, high expectations, progress pupils make, and the opportunities offered through specialist subjects, clubs, trips and outdoor learning.

 4. Environment & facilities

Our grounds, classrooms and outdoor spaces are frequently celebrated as assets that help children thrive.

We’re glad these strengths reflect the experience of most families across the school.
