Summer term assessments, annual reports & parent consultation meetings
During this term, children in Years 1, 4 and 6 will be taking part in national tests.
Year 2 will be taking part in optional national tests.

Our timetable for these national assessments is:
- Wc 11th May, Year 6 assessments (SATS),
- wc 18th May, Year 2 assessments (optional assessments to support teacher judgements)
- wc 8th June, Year 1 phonics check (and Year 2 retakes)
- wc 8th June, Year 4 multiplication check,
Outcomes of these assessments will be published to parents alongside the annual report, on MCAS on 9th July.
Children in Years 1, 3, 4 and 5 will be completing their second round of NFER tests for reading, grammar and mathematics during wc 8th & 15th June.
Throughout the term, teachers in all year groups will also be assessing your child's writing skills and knowledge.
Teachers in Reception and Nursery continue to work with children daily to find out what they know and remember.
Parent consultation meetings will take place on:
- 8,9,10 July Nursery Dragonflies
- 6, 7 July, Nursery Ladybirds
- 13 and 16 July - Years Reception to Year 5
- 13 July only for Year 6 (no appointments, drop in)
Booking opens on MCAS on 4th June at 9am.
