The Easter holiday is heading our way, so it’s time to make plans for the children to stay happy, energised and engaged. No plan, no problem. Our amazing Play Workers are here and ready to facilitate the big play date!

Children may spend time with friends and siblings across the year groups.

A full programme of activities has been planned for the holiday period, including a trip.

The holiday club opens at 8am and closes at 6pm.

Children will be offered a snack in the morning and afternoon but must bring a water bottle and a healthy packed lunch to keep energy levels up throughout the day.

Why not let your children enjoy the big play date? Please note the booking window opens on Monday 9th March midday until Wednesday 25th March midday. 

Book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings made after midday on Wednesday 25th March  will be charged at the ad-hoc fee.

Please do be careful when booking sessions, as we are unable to cancel, swap days or refund once holiday club bookings are made. ​

Payment must be made in full by Monday 30th March, before your child attends.

Please note: Trip day is popular and will book up very quickly. Check the programme for details. The expectation is all children booked will take part, it is not possible to split the group, leaving children on site. If there is an additional charge for a trip, payment is due on the day in cash, plus a permission slip must be completed.

Adhoc Bookings: Ad-hoc bookings are available daily except on the trip day.

An email request must be sent to childcare@fielding.ealing.sch.uk and confirmation of booking received before bringing your child to the holiday club.
