Easter Holiday Club - Reception to Year 6

Monday 7th April - Friday 11th April 2025

Monday 14th April - Thursday 17th April

The Easter holiday is heading our way so it’s time to make plans for the children to stay happy, energised and engaged. No plan, no problem our amazing Play Workers are here and ready to facilitate the big play date!

Children may spend time with friends and siblings across the year groups.

A full programme of activities has been planned for the holiday period, including a trip.

Holiday club opens at 8am and closes at 6pm.

Children will be offered a snack morning and afternoon but must bring a water bottle and healthy packed lunch to keep energy levels up throughout the day.

Why not let your children enjoy the big play date, please note the booking window opens on Monday 10th March until Wednesday 2nd April midday. 

Book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings made after midday on Wednesday 2nd April will be charged at the ad-hoc fee.

Please do be careful when booking sessions, as we are unable to cancel, swap days or refund once holiday club bookings are made. ​

Payment must be made in full by Monday 7th April 2025

Please note: Trip day books up very quickly, check the programme for details. The expectation is all children booked will be taking part, it is not possible to split the group leaving children on site. If there is an additional charge for a trip, payment is due on the day in cash plus a permission slip must completed.

Adhoc Bookings: Ad-hoc bookings are available daily except on the trip day.

An email request must be sent to childcare@fielding.ealing.sch.uk and confirmation of booking received before bringing your child to holiday club.
