All our clubs are competitively priced and offer excellent value for money.

Breakfast Club

7.30am-8.45am- £6.85 per session, including breakfast

Adhoc session- £10.95

After School Club

3.30pm-4.30pm- £7.10

4.30pm-5.30pm- £7.10

5.30-6pm- Free of charge

3.30pm-6pm- £14.20

Adhoc session- £19.70

*If a club is already booked for 1 hour, the adhoc rate will be reduced to £9.60

This may only apply for a maximum of 3 sessions per term, alternatively an regular booking must be made.

Specialist Club

£7.10 per session

Holiday Club

£44.00 per day

Adhoc session- £49.95

All bookings can be made through MCAS. 

Childcare's flexible service operates on a pay‑as‑you‑go basis, allowing families to maintain a running account balance. Please ensure your balance remains at £0.00 or above at all times.

Specialist club fees are payable in full at the point of booking and cannot be added to the running balance.

Childcare Vouchers

We are registered with most providers under the 'Fielding Primary School', you can also connect with us using our postcode 'W13 9TE'.

Once a voucher payment has been raised it will usually take 5 working days to be added to your MCAS account. Tax Free payments may take slightly longer.

Vouchers can only be used for Specialist club and childcare payments.

We operate a late collection charge of £10 for the first fifteen minutes and £5 for every five minutes thereafter.
