Celebrating Our Values Baccalaureate Award Winners! Years 4, 5 & 6

We believe that education is not just about academic success, it's about nurturing character, building resilience, and empowering children to make a positive impact in their communities. That’s why we’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievements of our Values Baccalaureate Award Winners across Years 4, 5, and 6! Our Leaderboards have been updated.

 What Is the Values Baccalaureate?

The Fielding Values Baccalaureate is a unique programme designed to help pupils live out our four core values, Respect, Resilience, Empathy, and Reflection, in meaningful ways at school, at home, and in the wider community. Pupils work through four progressive levels:

  • Bronze – typically completed in Year 4
  • Silver – typically completed in Year 5
  • Gold – typically completed in Year 6
  • Platinum – for those who go above and beyond, deepening their values journey even further.

Each level requires pupils to complete a series of task cards and submit evidence in a portfolio. Their efforts are recognised in Monday assemblies, where they receive a patch for their jumper and tokens for their constellation—a fun and motivating way to celebrate their progress!

Leaderboards and Hall of Fame

Parents can view the latest leaderboards and see which classes and constellations are leading the way. Every 30 school days, achievements are reviewed and updated—so keep encouraging your child to aim high and live out our values every day

A Message to Parents

We are incredibly proud of every pupil who has embraced the Values Baccalaureate. These awards are more than just badges, they represent the kind of people our children are becoming. Thank you for supporting them in their journey to grow as respectful, resilient, empathetic, and reflective individuals.

Let’s continue to celebrate character as much as we celebrate achievement. Will your child be on the leaderboard next time?
