Promotions, leavers and joiners

Fielding has a full team of permanent teaching staff ready for the start of the new school year.

New Year Team Leaders

Congratulations to Mrs Bumby and Miss Tsoukala who have been promoted to become Year Team Leaders.

Teacher leavers

At the end of this term, Mrs Ghoul leaves to work closer to home; Miss Jhurree leaves for a better work/life balance to meet her own personal circumstances. Both have made a significant contribution to our school and will be missed by colleagues, pupils and parents alike.

Maternity leave

Congratulations to Miss Allen who is pregnant. She will start her maternity leave in October and is likely to be away from school for most of the year.

Teacher joiners and changes

Mrs Robinson becomes full-time having worked part-time with us. We welcome Hannah Apperley, an experienced teacher to the part-time vacancy. Mrs Apperley will job-share a class with Mrs Hopkins.

Christopher Perez-Diaz joins us to start his teaching career. Mr Perez-Diaz has previously worked in the commercial sector before deciding to teach.

Megan Thomas will cover Miss Allen's maternity leave. Miss Allen and Miss Thomas will start the school year, teaching together in the same class.

September classes

We are planning for a full return to school for all pupils from September because we have not been told otherwise by the government. Sirius and Canopus class group 'bubbles' will then return to the full class.

Pupils' classes, teachers and year group teams will be published closer to the end of this school year.
