The Department for Education (DfE) requires all schools to publish their own complaints procedure.  The Governing Body has considered the latest advice from the DfE and adjusted our complaints procedure accordingly.

Our complaints procedure is published in the Our School, Policies section of the school website.

The complaints procedure continues to place greatest emphasis on resolving any concern or complaint informally and quickly.
