Nasal Flu vaccinations  for the whole school will take place Wednesday 5th February.

Please download the consent form and return by Monday 3rd February in one of the following ways

• drop back to school office
• return to class teacher 
• email to admin@fielding.ealing.sch.uk

Paper forms will also  be available from the school office.
