As we are approaching the end of the school financial year we have taken a thorough review of payments made for trips, music and events through Laser and WorldPay. Each child's cashbook has been checked. We fully acknowledge some of the frustrations with Laser and cashbooks that parents have encountered. There have been two main causes:

• user error on our side where on occasion events have been entered more than once
• a technical glitch where items placed in cashbooks had not been included in calculations.

We have now made the appropriate changes and updates, this means the balance on your child's 'music, trips and events' cashbook may have changed.  Please log-in to Laser to check. If you have an outstanding balance please make payment by 5th February.
