Here's an extract from the letter they sent us today:

"Dear Gardeners of Fielding Primary School,

Congratulations on completing Level 5 of our School Gardening Awards! We are delighted that you are now a Five Star Gardening School."

This is the highest award the RHS gives a school garden - and every child who has gardening and cooking lessons has contributed to Fielding's success. Three cheers all round!

This is also a good time to thank the many parents and carers who have supported the Kitchen Garden in its first year - by raising money through the PTFA, volunteering, visiting on our garden open days, donating pots, plants and eggboxes, and filling your children with enthusiasm for gardening.
