Nursery Fees

Affordable childcare for working parents

"Fees are highly competitive, offering working parents affordable but excellent learning and childcare." Parent governors

The nursery is a competitively priced fee paying nursery with access to all eligible Government funding to offset some or most of the costs. We have three sessions during the day and each is charged separately to ensure families are able to choose the exact sessions they require. Please note that there will be a minor fee increase at the beginning of each academic year.

Payments for early sessions

Early sessions cost £3.50 per session and the fees will be added to the monthly invoice where this is a permanent arrangement. Early morning care is not covered by the 15 and 30 hours government funding as we do not offer the option to “stretch” the funding but you can use Child Care Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare payments to help cover it.

Payments for Ad-hoc term time sessions

Occasional ad-hoc sessions (early, morning and/or afternoon) can be booked in term time in exceptional cases such as unexpected work commitments, jury service, medical appointments, family crisis etc. These are subject to an increased fee (£5.00 for early session, £40.00 for morning/afternoon) to cover administration and are bookable through your Laser account. Ad hoc term time sessions are not covered by the 15 and 30 hours government funding but you can use Child Care Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare payments to help cover it.

Payments for late collection

Late collection will incur an additional fee of £10 for first 15 minutes, then an additional £5 per each five minutes thereafter. These costs will be added to your nursery cashbook on Laser.

Payments for Holiday Club

Please see Holiday Club page for full details of Holiday Club fees and payments. As with early and ad-hoc term time sessions, Holiday Club is not covered by the 15 and 30 hours government funding as we do not offer the option to “stretch” the funding but you can use Child Care Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare payments to help cover it.
