Holiday Childcare
Nursery Holiday Club is available for eight weeks of the school holidays, you may choose to differ the sessions from your term-time pattern. Holiday Club takes place in the Nursery environment led by the Nursery Manager and a dedicated Nursery team, there is an emphasis on learning through play and exploration. Holiday club is non-uniform, please do ensure your child wears closed comfy shoes so no sandals, open toe or crocks, thank you.
Booking and payment
You book your holiday club sessions separately from term-time sessions using your Ziggi Systems account. Booking for all holiday dates is available in advance with immediate confirmation. Session fees are the same as in the term time, but the costs are fully met by the parent as we do not offer the opportunity to “stretch” the government funding, you can pay via card, Tax-Free or Childcare Vouchers.
Please note that holiday club fees must be paid before the session is taken and cannot be refunded in the event of a child not attending the session. Booking mistakes, swaps etc. cannot be refunded once booked, please don't be disappointed if your request to swap or cancel is refused.

Meals
Breakfast is included if you book an Early session 7.30-8am, but meals are not provided for Morning and Afternoon sessions so you will need to provide a healthy packed lunch and snack for tea, labelled with your child's name and ideally separated into lunch and tea. You are welcome to provide food in a thermos if you would like your child to have a hot meal. Please support us by labelling the boxes and bags. Fruit will be freely available during the day. Please remember Fielding is a 'nut free' school and you should check ingredients in snack bars, breads, snack packs etc. as these can contain 'nut traces' or may have been prepared in an environment where other products containing nuts have been prepared. Please note that any food containing traces of nuts will be sent home. Also any chocolate or sweets will also be sent home.
Late bookings for holiday club sessions September 2024
Bookings made after 12pm on Fridays for the following week’s Holiday Club will be subject to an increased fees to cover the administration required to put in place adequate extra staffing at short notice.
