Fielding Primary School is a four-form entry Primary School with a full time Nursery in the Northfields area of Ealing, rated Outstanding by Ofsted 2017.

Fielding is developing as a centre of excellence for both leader and teacher professional development, delivering training for new and experienced teachers and leaders. 

Senior Leaders and 3 Specialist Leaders in Education (SLEs), experts in their field, play a significant role in developing the leadership capacity of colleagues in similar positions in other schools. Our leaders develop and run our courses in the midst of an exciting, dynamic school. Through our courses & consultancy there is an opportunity to observe teaching and take away resources that will support and enhance teaching.

167 delegates took part in training during the  2018-19, (pre-pandemic) of which 100% rated their course as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.
