We are so excited to celebrate our first Music Star ⭐, Penny from 4S. 

Last term, we learnt how to use music production software to compose a hip-hop track. This is the stunning piece, which Penny created. Well done! Penny is a music producer in the making!

Charlotte 6P

Charlotte's parents wanted to celebrate Charlotte's musical achievements over the years at Fielding. Let us celebrate with them, as Charlotte continues to be an integral member of our orchestra - mentoring younger Trumpet players and always maintaining a high level of music ability.

'Charlotte has been learning the trumpet with Lyn at Ealing Music Service over the last 4 years (since Y3). She has since joined the school Orchestra in Year 4 and enjoyed playing in an ensemble over 3 years. She has also played in Questors Theatre twice with the rest of the very talented Ealing young musicians and has really enjoyed the experience.

Last year, she really wanted to learn to play the piano as well. She has been attending weekly lessons outside of school and is doing great! She plays at home on the key board and continues to enjoy it and show progress. We love listening to her play either instruments!'

Andrey 2P

Andrey wanted to share his musical story with us :)

'I’m Andrey, and I’m 7 years old.

I started music classes in a toddler group when I was two, and began individual singing lessons with a vocal coach when I was four. I still have lessons with the same teacher every Saturday and I’m learning to sing better each week.

I’ve already performed solo at six concerts, and right now I’m preparing for the next one — I’ll be singing I’m A Believer from Shrek.

Recently, I took part in vocal masterclasses with Rhonda Carlson and Greg Enriquez — a celebrity coach who has worked with Britney Spears and Celine Dion. He gave me some advice on how to improve my voice.

I also train in dance professionally and have already passed three dance exams. 

I really love music and dream of performing on a big stage one day!
