Harrison's will be serving a Christmas dinner on Tuesday 15th December. They have asked us to find out how many children will be having a school dinner on that day. Please let us know via the link below if your child would like a Christmas dinner, there are two options, turkey or vegetarian. The cost for the meal is £2.35, only pupils in Years 3 -6 need to pay. Payment should be made in the usual way on the Harrison's website, please ensure your account is in credit. Deadline for letting us know is Friday 23rd November. If your child is in receipt of Universal Free School Meals or Free School Meals, you also need to complete this form (but do not need to make a payment)

Please complete one form for each of your children. You do not need to complete a form if your child is not having a Harrison's Christmas dinner.

On the day children are invited to wear festive jumpers.
