We look forward to holding our next Parent and Carer Drop-In on Thursday 5^th October from 2:30pm-3:30pm.

 

The Drop-In will have a specific focus on dyslexia and we are delighted to be joined by a number of specialists from Ealing Dyslexia Association.

 

Dineke Austin started professional life as a secondary English specialist. In 2005, she decided to make a major career change, and retrained as a dyslexia specialist with Dyslexia Action.

Beatrice Price first got involved with dyslexia when her 7 year old daughter was having problems at school. Beatrice got involved with Ealing Dyslexia Association and took the Hornsby Diploma for specific learning difficulties, in 2003.

 

Joy Hynes, from Hynes Optometrists, will also be joining us to explain the effects of visual stress in relation to dyslexia, and how this can be supported.
