Please check and update your child's online health care plan

At the start of each term we ask you to check that your child's health care plan is up-to-date on Laser. This completed plan stores helpful details about your child’s current  conditions including any medicines, triggers, individual symptoms and what to do in an emergency.  The plan will help school staff to have a better understanding of your child’s individual condition.  It is therefore vital that we are kept informed about any changes to your child’s medical needs.

To update your child's plan:

1. log on to Laser
2. select 'medical care plan'.
3. 'unsign' the digital signature at the bottom of the page
4. make changes
5. 're-sign' at the bottom of the page.
