PTFA Christmas Fair

Christmas Fair Children Poster Competition

In preparation for the fair and to advertise the day to our neighbours' we are asking children to decorate posters to put in their window. The poster template has all the important information about the fair and has a space in the middle for your child to personalise it with their own drawing. Once they have done this, put it in your front window, take a picture and email it to us at fieldingchristmasfair@gmail.com . The pictures will be judged and winners announced on the day of Fair. We also hope to display all the entries on the big screen in the main hall, throughout the day. Either print the poster template at home (PDF below) or collect a printed copy from school reception, next week’s Friday cake sale, or breakfast / afterschool club.

Santa’s Grotto

To meet the increasing numbers of children wishing to see Santa at the fair, we are changing the Grotto experience this year. Santa will be visiting us in the school house and tickets will be pre-sold before the fair, for a specific time slot. We will be inviting 10 children into the grotto at a time, so why not try and coordinate with a group of friends. The tickets will go on sale at 8pm on the 22nd November via our ticket tailor box office http://buytickets.at/fieldingptfa. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Donations for the Christmas Fair – Starting sorting out those cupboards!

As usual we will be collecting donations for the different stalls for the Christmas Fair, starting the week of the 27th November (apart from Lego, which they have already started collecting). Items we need this year are; Lego (loose or sets), used school uniform (new logo only please), sports kit, dressing up outfits (especially the school relevant ones) childrens Christmas jumpers, teddies, second hand games and unwanted gifts (new, unused items only please).

The bottle collection and non - uniform day will take place at the end of this week, 1st December. For any new parents to the school, on this day please drop in a full unopened, in date, bottle (of anything you fancy...) or a box of chocolates, at the collection points at the school gates and in return your child gets to wear their own clothes.
